Hello.

My pc is crashing when playing computer games that need a lot of power. Few months ago my pc crashed once a week or so, now it crashes every time I play Fortnite and  War Thunder. It also crashed during benchmark. Sometimes PC won't even turn on, and if it does it instantly crash. There are also a lot of errors in event viewer, i sent some screenshots about it.

I formatted my C drive and reinstalled windows, dusted put pc, but it still crashes

Temps are fine, cpu is 40-50°C and gpu 50-60°C

Could it be psu problem and how to test if it is psu?

You asked if the PSU could be the problem, but didn't list the PSU model name. This leads me to believe you saved a little money by buying a cheap unit without putting much though into it, as it seems to be an afterthought

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

What model PSU do you have? It should have a label on the side of the unit.

When the system crashes, is it freezing (unresponsive), program crashing to desktop, or fully shutting down unexpectedly?

RAM: 8GB

Is that 1x8GB stick, 2x4GB sticks, or 4x2GB sticks?

It is Zalmn psu, no idea what model, my computer was premade.

If my pc crashes it fully shuts down unexpectedly.

Is it only turning off while you are playing games or running benchmarks, or is it turning off randomly even if the computer is sitting idle and you're not doing anything on it?

If you can check if there's a label printed on the side or top of the PSU with its model number on it, it might help us. Without knowing exactly which model it is, I'd probably still recommend replacing that Zalman unit regardless of if it is the primary cause of your issue or not. Corsair CX450M or Coolermaster Masterwatt 550W will cost about USD$50 and be suitable for your system.

Say last rights to Zalman power supply and get a EVGA.

EVGA makes a heap of crap PSUs as well.

It is zalman ZM600-HP psu. Computer is only turning off when playing games that need a lot of power like Fortnite, also sometimes during benchmark.

Do you have another PSU you can use?

That PSU is more than 10 years old. It's so old it was reviewed when @jonnyGURU was still at Jonnyguru.com :Dhttp://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=30

I'd look at replacing the PSU. A corsair CX450M is under $50 if you're in the USA which will be suitable for your i5 4570s + GTX 1060 6GB.
