V300 120gb or 2 x V300 60gb

Hi guys, so I was wondering, would 2 V300 ssd's in raid 0 give me a better performance than a single ssd? Here I'n Portugal the price is almost the same. Thanks.

120GB, Im currently running 3 x 60gb Sandisk ssds and for the first few weeks i was getting over 1GB/S Reads. now it is at 600 mb/s, only little more than a single ssd. For the extra cable management effort, I'd personally go for the single drive at such a low capacity.

System: 5930K, MSI X99 SLI PLUS, GTX 780Ti (SLI),  840 EVO, Fractal R4 (Full Custom Loop)  (IP)

Media Server/Perm Folder: i3 4130, CX500, 4 X WD Red 1TB, 60GB Adata SSD for boot, Node 304, ASrock Z87-E ITX, 8GB Kingston Value Ram
