Connect a TB dock to GPU?

Hello,

Is is possible to connect a thunderbolt dock to a GPU to connect keyboard, mouse and other devices using USB?

My scenario:
I have a server running KVM VMs, I have a VM running as my workstation, but need to tackle the problem with connecting keyboard and mouse. I run my GPU trough PCIe passtrough to the VM.
