I want an affordable matx thats quiet, has good airflow, and isn't flashy (no windows)

I am looking for performance per dollar so something like a versa H17 from thermaltake

its not cheap its affordable, its still good quality

The Q300L is not a poor quality case. It lacks some amenities like reusable PCI-E slot covers, but it's not a bad case. It does have a window though.
