Windows wont shut down my pc

so i have a problem with my computer it wont wake from sleep mode, and wont shut down through the os(pressing shut down). the fans continue to spin and wont start.

 

previously this computer used those same functions perfectly fine.

Press and hold the power button of the system until it turns off.

Should occur again in a row. If it does, post the Troubleshooting section, but it is probably a driver issue with sleep/wake-up functionality

Maybe turn off FastBoot? It resolves many problems like that. @GoodBytes advice with hard reset may help too, because after that Windows start with full boot.

Thanks @GoodBytes I'll post over there.

I have to hard reset every Time it goes into sleep mode or when I try to shut down the pc.

Do you try to disable that FastBoot?
