G.SKILL Trident z RGB problem with speed/blue screen

hi guys im new here and even though i have been building my own pc's for years its always kinda gone right but now im having a couple of issues

the issue is i have 1x8gb of 3600mhz trident z rgb from a dual channel kit, as default it is set to 2133mhz, but when i enable xmp in bios to get it to run at 3600mhz and boot back into windows i get blue screens of death errors, and it appears to be different reasons every time. although with xmp off, 2133mhz speed, i am never ever getting this problem

i want to run this memory at its full speed as i dont have much (8gb) in my system, am i getting the errors because it can only run at 3600mhz if i use both sticks for dual channel? if so is there anywhere i can buy another single stick to go with it?

my specs are in the linked userbenchmark sheet i have provided below

http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/10875034

also if anyone could tell me why my GPU says (Performing way below expectations (10th percentile)) would be great, it is a evga 1080 sc with stock cooler all system is stock coolers and fans (no aio watercooling etc)

thanks in advance for any help i can get
