You should be putting the fans to pull air into the case from the outside. I don't know too much about AIO radiators so I can't say which side to put the fans on.

Having the fans pull air through the radiator instead of push air over the radiator will reduce dust buildup

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

not really.. reason for pull on the radiator as an exhaust is easier access to clean the dust/dirt from radiator.

push or pull does not determine dust build up on a radiator.
