I found this in my 10 year old dell XPS 420 no idea what it is though has no markings.

in the image you can see a bent capacitor

Of coarse it is marked, but because it's OEM it might be harder to decode the model from a code Dell used.

If you'd like to find out if you can actually find the model number on the card, try posting a few close up pics of the stickers on the card and we'll have a look at it.
