So, I have noticed something. I browse pcpartpicker quite often for the fact that it shows the lowest price for certain products. Something i have noticed about OutletPC is that once a price is low, OutletPC usually lowers the exact price by 10c exactly. (399.99 monitor turned to 399.89, etc). I was just wondering what others thought about this, or if i am crazy.
