Anti virus software

Hi,I want to know which Free anti virus software is the best to use among free versions that has low power consumption since I have a potato pc with windows 7 and core 2 quad q9500 4gb ram and a gt630.

So do not use any AV and be happy with as fast computer as you can have. It's not speed demon even without AV, so do not slowdown it even more.

You may try scan your system using some tools that doesn't need to be installed (bootable AV and malware scanners) from time to time.

 

BTW. What about this thread? Any success? You don't answer anything.

Ok i will try a bootable AV and about that thread I already fixed it It seems that my pc got a virus and I just made a new OS installation and it pretty much fix it.sorry for late responese about this.
