can't exactly help you when all you're telling us is "want pc". which country? what's your budget? need os/monitor/peripherals? which programs are you using for rendering?

well thats not really unlimited but is at least rather decent.

 

since you want a good system for rendering and gaming its the question if you gonna game more or render more, if you mainly game get a 8700k if you render very often go for a ryzen 2700x.

 

beside this any high end GPU you can get and everything else doesnt matter that much.
