Can I sell my steam account on kijiji

I had an account on steam but I was forgotton its id and password, good thing I had written my id in my dairy which I found yesterday, after a year but now I have another new account on steam with 20 games in it. So what to do with newer one, I want every game at one place what can I do.

It's against Steams ToS to sell an account.

No, selling accounts is against Valves ToS.

Against ToS doesnt mean you can't sell it, it only means steam is able to revoke access to it or delete it if they found out it was traded.

 

And afaik you cant merge accounts or transfer any activated titles.

nothing really, if you have access to the account you can share the games from one to the other, but not all games support it. Worth a try tho.

Against the TOS but 99% chances are you won't get caught.
