Pc won’t post

120gb ssd 

1tb hhd 

GA-h97m-d3h mobo 

alpine 11 rev.2 cpu cooler

Vs650 80+ From Corsair 

 

so I recently upgraded my cpu from an i5 4590 to an i7 4790k and it wouldn’t boot with the cpu fan on and it would boot but shortly boot then crash without it. I don’t know what to do. I should note that the mobo gives me two beeps a high pitched one followed by a low pitched one shortly afterwards.
