hdd original format

i recently installed a windows key onto an external hdd to install onto another computer because i had nothing else to use. now i tried to uninstall it and it says it can only hold 32GB. how do i restore the other 200GB to use on the hdd?

Try using diskpart then clean.

Can you extend or shrink the partition?
