Then make one! Until Microsoft supports proper theming of their UI elements, akin to Linux's many flavors of desktop environments, we're out of luck when it comes to theming Windows unless we make the theme ourselves, or wait for someone else to make a theme that works. The other problem with these 3rd party themes that patch UXTheme.dll and other files is that when there's an update, it's very possible that parts of the theme will be disabled, or worst case, the system won't boot anymore.
