Prevent unwanted apps from appearing as media apps

Greetings,

I'm pretty sure the title is confusing but I'll do my best to explain my situation...

Let's say I'm using Facebook messenger and Spotify at the same time and it happened that I paused the Spotify song using the media keys on my keyboard.

When I want to play the song again using the media keys this appears ( screenshot attached ).

And in order to play it again through media keys I have to press the arrow to switch to Spotify...

So is there any possible solution to stop Messenger from appearing there since it has nothing to do with playing media :/

I know I'm being mad about that but I'm perfectionist lol... I just want things to work the way they should ;)
