hd 7730 crash

Im having issues my graphis card its a sapphire hd 7730 2gb DDR3

I bought it a few months ago after couple weeks it started crashing

It randomly goes resets back to system error recovery screen saying windows did not shut down properly

but when i use my older r5 230 it works fine

 

Other Specs:

Biostar a58ml ver 7.0

athlon x4 740

500watt power supply 12v 5.5v (works fine)

2x4gb DDR3 1600v

That is a very old card at this point, make sure the fans are working properly.  Its also possible that the card has some sort of damage, possibly an aged capacitor.
