McAfee vs Sophos

I am not sure if this question has been posed before, but I will post anyway. I am looking into antivirus for my computer and I wanted to know form a tech community which is the best option... McAfee or Sophos?

Anti virus software is generally not very useful, probably don't bother with anything

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...
