Help! PC won't post anymore

While playing a game my PC suddenly shut itself off. And then proceeded to turn itself on and off again. It doesn't reach post and the error code on the motherboard reaches 14. I have had the system for about a year now with these specs:

 

Maximus X Hero

i7 8700k

GTX 1070

16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4

AX860i (5 years old)

 

I have tried self test on the AX860i with the light turning green, though it shows no light sometimes too for some reason.

I have taken out the GPU and disconnected all storage drives. Also tried switching around the RAM.
