Share the drive (or folder) on the win 7 machine and copy the files on the win 10 machine.

Sharing by name is removed by default in win 10 so open the run command and type \\[win 7 ip address]

If you're interested in a product please download and read the manual first.

Just the movies?

Connect the old drive and copy them over.

Come to think of it, DRM could be an issue. What kind of movies, how old, etc.

Its just a whole folder of movies downloaded etc, its like 200GB All playable on vlc

No, no. Just take the hard drive out of the Win7 machine and connect it to the Win10 machine. Then find the files on the drive and copy them to the new machine.

it's time

Yeah. It depends on your setup. Do you have an adsl modem/router or anything that you connect to via a cable or wifi?
