Hello,

Just wanted to see if anyone knows of how to fix this issue? In recently got a new Macbook Pro for photography and video editing and keep getting this issue.

Every time I import photos a few of them show these purple lines other the image which is really annoying. I use a usb to usb-c adapter and then a cheap sd card reader to import the photos which I thought might have been the problem but when I tried it on my mates laptop the photos came out fine no problem at all.

Ive attached an image to show the problem.

Thanks charlie.

What happens if you import only a few at a time, say 5?

If 5 come in fine, then try 10, then 15, etc until you find the limit where errors are introduced.

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

Did corruption happen in exactly same images?

Anyway if card and reader etc work in other PC then there's only one possible quilty.

Yeah happens to the same ones and then if I import them again it happens to even more of the files. I literally got the laptop about 5 days ago.
