Have you rebooted the PC yet?
Thats the first thing one should have tried.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
I'm just helping YOU to help YOURSELF!

Reinstalled the drivers?
Different cable?
Checked the ports for crud?
reset the Asus router?
