E-GPU HELP

I just got a rx580 and an E-GPU box for accelerating software. (sadly this is a work computer...no gaming)

 

Whenever I launch a GPU driven software like Adobe Premiere I get an error saying

"loadLibrary failed with error87: the parameter is incorrect."

Im running a Lenovo ThinkPad P51

 

 

I can't find anything that solves this issue.

Any help is appreciated

restarting and uninstalling and re-installing the driver

AMD does not like adobe premiere. This is a known thing and may be at least part to why you are seeing this error?

I know Cuda does perform better with premiere but I also get the error with things like touch designer and even spotify.
