core temp might be correct

Everyone was a noob at the beginning, don't be discouraged by toxic trolls even if u lose 15 times in a row. Keep training and pushing yourself further and further, so u can show those sorry lots how it's done !

Do I just need to remove the Wraith Spire Cooler and put on new thermal paste or what?

The thermal paste is actually pretty good.  The BIOS temps are usually kinda high because surprisingly enough BIOS can use a bit of CPU power.  HWiNFO reports temperatures well and might be worth using if "Moooo System Checker" is showing 80*C.  Ryzen Master is showing the correct temps and HWiFO reports the same temps in my experience.
