Storage question

Just built my first pc, and I woefully underestimated my storage needs, I currently only have a Samsung 861 500 gb nvme SSD, I have two available m.2 slots on my mobo and my case can support 3 2 1/2 inch brives on the back pannel

and 3 1/2 if I used a drive cage, so heres my question, I want to store large volumes of things like games and movies but also alot of productivity plugins for photoshop ect, I don't need a one fits all kind of solution, Im thinking of getting another 500 gb nvme for system, a 1tb 2 1/2 inch ssd and a large volume hhd maybe 8 gb, would this be my best option

1tb sata ssd for fast storage

6tb hdd for slow storage

sata , keep the other m.2 slot for a nvme drive (you may use it in the future)

I believe that nvme is not needed for your needs

yeah mx 500 is really good!

I use a lot on their 250gb ssds for budget builds !
