you did a mistake all people do

just plug it to the gpu and enjoy 60 fps at the ultra settings !  :-)

Hello guys, since 5 days i have very poor performance while gaming. CS GO is running at 15fps and with all low settings at max 19. I tried reinstalling drivers and reinsatlling the game.Also i deaktivatet Game DVR and it didnt effect the performance. Does anybody know a solution there?? (i5 7500, GTX 1060 6GB)

Can you check if your game is running on your GPU or the integrated one?

Sometimes this happen.

i checked that. It is indeed running on the gtx 1060. Had the same idea and reinstalled Geforce drivers and checked that it was handling the games.

did you plug you monitor's cable to the gpu or the motherboard ?

look , try resetting or reinstalling windows

I believe its an issue in windows

monitor should be plugged directly to the GPU....

I was moving and didnt put together all of my stuff. A friend of mine put it together again.

you don't need to reinstall windows or drivers.. just plug the monitor to the GPU and that's it, your problem is solved.
