Adobe premier elements

Hi im new to premier elements and have some questions.

 

1. I do gameplay footage and record in bulk and was wondering is their a way to render the whole thing out then split the footage instead of having to split, put them all into separate projects and then rendering.

 

2. how do i move a clip from one project into another?
