Upgrading a notebook with a SSD

I have no idea where to put this. 

there is no notebook section.

 

I have a Lenovo u550 notebook and I want to upgrade it with an SSD.

 

The two that I found in my country that is the best value for GB is:

1 dollar=3.4 Shekels.

 

which of the 2 would you recommend. if any.

 

And if you have a better sugestion that ships to israel I would love to use it.

It will be with another HDD not instead.

It's all personal preference for how much storage you use.
