my cfg file becomes notepad how to change

hello guys my CFG files becomes a notepad how can i change it to default or File type?

It's still a .cfg file. The Notepad icon means that it's the default program used to open that file. If you were previously editing the file with another editor, you can right click it and change its default program back. Otherwise, there's nothing you need to do. The file should work as it normally does.
