PC Randomly started lagging and then crashed

I was eating and when I came back. My PC started lagging and then I reset it. After I reset it a Blue Death Screen came out like 3 Times. And I could not boot into my OS. After it said that it will remove the overclocks but I have never overclocked it. All I ever did was enable XMP. The only thing the Blue Screen of Death said "Machine Exception Error"

It disabled XMP for me and I tried downloading intel chip diagnostic tool and in the middle of that it just crashed with a nice BSOD.

Have you tried reseating the ram?  Make sure the machine is off and disconnected from the wall first.  And after disconnecting from the wall, press the power on button on the front of the case several times to fully discharge the caps on the mobo.  Once that is done, then you can go ahead and pull the ram.  When I do that for an annual type thorough cleaning deal, I use a pencil eraser and gently clean the contacts on the ram.  Another thing you could use would be denatured alcohol on a lint free rag and clean the contacts with that.  Then reinsert the ram on the mobo and give it a shot.  Got nothing to lose by trying.
