mouse problem

i am having a problem with my new mouse. im not sure if its optical or lazer but thats not the problem. the problem is when i go to recenter my mouse, the mouse courser comes with the mouse/ that means that i have to lift the mouse really high in order to recenter. in games, that is hard to remember coming from my old mouse. any help on hoe to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Unless there is software and your mouse has adjustable lift off height, you need to buy a different mouse.
