Hey, I am intel user. I am wondering about AMD.
Does an AMD Ryzen processor claims top tier listed Motherboard for delivering good performance?
Are those budgeted MB are capable enough?
If yes, then what is the use for high end motherboard?

Ohhh...also add RAM factors.

More expensive boards give you better overclocking capability

I'm using a cheaper Asus Strix B350 board but I still got a decent overclock with it.

I am not really sure I understand your question. Are you asking if the Ryzen CPUs require the top motherboards to deliver the best performance? If so, the answer is no. You can get the best performance from an average B450 motherboard (I wouldn't recommend B350 or A320 anymore). The higher end motherboards are for more overclocking potential, more PCIe lanes, more VRAM, and other features that you only need if you are a enthusiast. For an average person, a good B450 motherboard is good enough.

I got 22500 on FireStrike the other day with my 2700X clocked at 4.3, compared to the 24250 I got with my 7820X at 4.9. Mind you though, the 7820X score is 8 months old. Newer drivers and such affect it. So yeah, AMD is capable. Just not top end Intel capable. For most users, it's a fine choice.
