How to sync Corsair, Razer, etc with Asus Aura.

I hope i am in the right category for this. But it is as the title says. I also made a video about this so it is easier for people to understand. This is still pretty alpha stage and is under heavy development. The devs dont have that much time and only do this in their free time. They use the publicly available SDKs that the manufacturers provide. If a device is not in that SDK you'll have to bug the manufacturer about that.

 

Note: X370 & B350 boards don't work for some reason. Asus has still not fixed the bug.

 

Anyway, sometimes it is a pain to setup and get running but once you do it can sync to the colors of your motherboard. I use it with my K95 platinum and Glaive RGB but have also tested it with a Blackwidow X Chroma. My motherboard is the "Crosshair VII Hero (WiFi)". It is X470. I thought it wouldn't work because of the bug but apparently it does not occur on X470. 

 

 

It's not a professional video but i think it should be alright. Most of the information about the software is on there but i'll also post the description here.

To start off we need Aura version 1.06.17. The newest version has changed something and starts flickering for some reason. (Asus ...)

 

 

Then we need Corsair ICUE. Enable SDK should be on by default so nothing to change there. 

In Aura you should use Rainbow, Comet, Music, etc. . The first three modes (Static, Breathing and Color Cycle) don't work with the SDK. (Asus again...)

Thanks! Razer peripherals works with AURA expect the GPU gigabyte aorus (RGB Fusion). Is it any way to make synchronized also my gpu ?
