Hi to everyone, i'm new here and i need some help troubleshooting what is happening with my pc right now.

here's the spec so i don't forget to post them with clocks and voltages where needed (i apologize for my english, i'm not that good i'm italian meh)

CPU: RYZEN 7 2700X (stock) corevoltage 1.3 ish (auto)

MB: ROG X470 CROSSHAIR VII HERO (WIFI)

MEMORY: G. SKILL TRINDENT Z 16GB 3200MHZ CL16 (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR)(2 dimms stock 2133mhz 1.2v \auto soc) EDIT 2(TRIED OC WITH DOCP AND MANUAL WITH THE HELP OF RYZEN DRAM CALCULATOR SAVE PRESET)

(on the qvl of asus for 2nd gen ryzen https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/SocketAM4/ROG_CROSSHAIR-VII-HERO_WI-FI/C7H-Memory-QVL-Ryzen-2nd-Generation-Processors.pdf?_ga=2.258938828.755420650.1535580345-287046555.1535006101)

PSU: CORSAIR RM750X

GPU: ZOTAC 1050 TI (stock just a placeholder for video output)

i guess ssd's and the hard drive aren't the issue, so let's go to the point.

Since i got it like a week ago i tried to get the ram up at least at the 3200 on  the box but every time i tried AIDA64 at some point (5/10/15/20 the max time i got over the memory stress test was like 43 something) the pc simply shut down and won't turn on unless i turn off and back on or pull and re-insert the powersupply botton/cable. I thought it was because the ram i hynix and could not be stable at that rate so clean cmos and 2133 till i send back the ram to get a new kit, But the i tried the memory stress test with the stock ram and same result at some poit the pc shut down and won't torn on unless the two cases before. So i don't know what to think bad mobo? bad ram? bad power supply? bad cpu?

Edit 1: The ssd's and hd arent a fresh windows install btw

Edit 2

BIOS updatet to latest version (0804)

CPU COOLER: THERMALTAKE FLOE RGB 360

CASE: THERMALTAKE CORE P3

@Vy-Ro Are you using the DOCP settings for your RAM?

Are you using the stock air cooler on the CPU?

What kind of case is the system built in?

Are you using anything to monitor your system temperatures? I recommend using HWiNFO.

I had a hard time with RAM issues when I bought Ryzen 1st gen when it launched.

It may be worth updating your BIOS, as BIOS updates often improve memory compatibility.

sorry i forgot updating the bios was the first thing i did when i got it

Test your RAM with Memtest86+. If it's bad, that program will find it.

If it's not bad, then it's possibly the power supply.

Does this only happen under an artificial stress test?

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

it also happen randomly, like gaming (stessfull), netflix( kinda stressfull i guess) and even idle. But in a stress test is more common. i tried memtest86 for like 4 hour and nothing found, i try again tonight and tomorrow i try a different even if sketchy powersupply
