best 200-350 pc build help

i have a budget of 200-300 (350 if extremely needed) euro.

and what would change if i added an used gtx 650 1gb

Somthign like the following as a base. it can game using the IGPu within the Ryzen CPU. Add on a dedictaed GPu at a later date for more performance.

Your not going to get much cheaper with 'new' components without some serious drawbacks.

 

Best bet would be to go to the used market if you absolutly have to stick to sub 350euro.

 

The above build leaves you open to buy a second 8gb ram stick for a total of 16gb in dual channel. The PSu gives you enough room to get a dedicated GPu down the line also.
