So I just bought a Surface Dial for my computer, but remembered I never bought a Bluetooth card for my PC when I built it (mostly cuz I don't use bluetooth items often). So basically, I'm just curious whether to buy a PCIe bluetooth card, or just buy a bluetooth USB adapter thing. I don't need anything crazy or long range, and a USB would make it easier for me to take it to work, but I wanna make sure it's a smart choice. Feel free to link me to any cheap-but-good pieces too, but I'm mostly looking for a general answer
