Wierd size issue on Ravenfeild

So I had ravenfeild on my PC and I alt-tabed out of it and it like closed tiny in to a window. I could see the edge of the tab and i can hear the music too. I looked on the internet and it said to alt-enter. I did and it did make the window full screen but now it shows 2 black bars on top and bottom and I have tried to reinstall it but no no avail. This issue has been around for about 3 months. I logged on to my freiends computer on steam and it works fine. Can someone help?
