About those 2 famous bugs on Ryzen: FMA3 hanging, and segfault on Linux:

Do they exist on Ryzen 3 and 5?

Do they exist on mobile Ryzen for laptops?

The segfault issue only affected early production chips from the first Ryzen generation. Anything bought today won't have that issue. The FMA3 issue was solved with firmware updates, so not only will it not happen with any Ryzen hardware you buy today, it can be fixed on old hardware that is affected.

Not much of a thing anymore i believe. 

Unless maybe you get a 1st production run chip on the segfault side.

Software updates resolved the FMA3 hanging, not heard of any recent issues.
