My Cpu is Running at full power for gaming 

and my GPU is Not doing anything it just working only 10% of its power

can anyone tell me How To Fix This Think??

Which games? Is the system in your profile still accurate? If so, then the single channel DDR4-2133 might be part of the problem. That's really hurting a Ryzen chip.

My build is 

Gpu- g4400

Mother- ga- h110 

Ram - adata 2400hmz 4gb 

Smp- cooler 450watt

Hhd - Toshiba 1tb 

Gpu  - gtx 1050ti Asus dual fan 

 

Now tell me why  my gpu is not working at its 100% performace only my CPU is doing everything and gpu is not doing anything

the g4400 is just a dual core with a low clock, paired with single channel memory. your cpu is harshly bottlenecking your gpu. get either of the compatible i3's or the i5's, that would solve the problem. could also go to ryzen.
