Right any advice would be appreciated please.

Seems my system temps aren’t great, and alot hot then expected. (Hitting 72c on cpu and 50-60c while running gpu and cpu stress test) measured with cpuz, hwmonitor and ryzen master

windows 10 64bit

Ryzen 1700 running at 1.25v 3.8ghz on all cores

asus x470i mb

asus gtx1080ti (running at stock)

g skill 3200 (running at 3200)

750w psu

240 and 120 rads , ddc pump and 5x 120mm fans (2 for front intake, 1 at rear for intake and 2 at top pulling hot air out) all fans and pump at full speed. First time building in an itx case, so are these temps normal?

seems to be trapping a lot of hot air in the case so I made a bit of a getto mod to the top to help but these temps still seem high. Any suggestions please peeps?

oh and I live in the UK, so not really hot here

The front panel of the case is very restrictive as well. Using washers to space out the mount and lift the front panel helps a bit.

Asides from that, modding the front panel to something like this but for ITX would be better:

You'd ideally want to take it to a shop for CNC work or milling.

A simpler solution would be to just take off the front panel.
