FreeNAS supports SSD caching, so that might be what you're looking for.

Most modern NAS OSes/software (unraid, freenas, etc.) support caching. Which one are you using?

If this is just for moving files TO the server then its also worth considering just adding more RAM, as everything is buffered in RAM first anyway.
