I was able to get it into bios, but i had the memory in the wrong slot. I unplugged it, put the memory in the right spot, and not nothing is happening. The pc powers on and the lights turn on and fans spin, but there is no post screen.  No power to the keyboard and mouse either.  That was literally  the only thing different i done.  Please help before i have a nervous breakdown.

You want to check your manual, but a way you can do it on any board is to pull that round battery on the board when the system is off and unplugged. Then put the battery back after a few seconds.

@cbranham26 Have you removed the RAM again and re-seated it?

Is everything plugged in correctly?

Did you use the risers for the motherboard in the case? Or was the motherboard installed directly against the case?

Did you try moving ports for the keyboard?

Is the monitor displaying anything?

Does your motherboard have debug leds?

Which motherboard is it?

And if you got into the BIOS the first time why do you say the RAM was in the wrong slot? How many sticks is it? You gotta tell us more, man.

The ram was in the wrong spot because when I boot into BIOS the first time it said it was in the wrong slot and it only recognized 8GB and not 16 I reseated the RAM and now I only have one ram stick in and nothing is happening there is no debug light on my motherboard it is white which I assume means everything is okay. Nothing is coming on the screen I keep getting a DisplayPort no signal sign and my mouse and keyboard have no power for me to even get into BIOS this issue only happened after I reseated the ram into the far end per the instructions from the BIOS screen now nothing

Okay can someone please help the same USB port that I'm plugging into the keyboard I just plug a regular USB that charges my phone and it charged it just fine so that tells me that the USB ports are working properly but I can knock it at the post and I'm not getting power to the mouse or the keyboard to get into the BIOS menu and the display message I get every time I power the computer on is simply no DisplayPort signal that's it
