i recently built my PC but i have had a problem with audio. i have the hyperx cloud stingers. when i plug them in i hear game volume and people talking but they cant hear me. when i plugh them into a different port i cant hear anything but people tell me that i am extremely quiet. i dont know if i need a port slitter so that i can output and input at the same time or if i just need a new mic. also i have the msi b350m gaming pro for my motherboard so if you are familiar with the jacks on that then that would be a great help. also my case has 1 audio in and 1 audio out port on it. anything would be a great help.

Are you using the 3.5mm microphone and headphone splitter?

Yes because computers have a separate microphone and headphone jack, they don't use 4 pole.
