i cant stream, HELP!

So, i have i pentium g4560

and a gtx 1060 3gb 8gb ram,

i stream with streamlabs obs

 

whenever i stream anything there are loads of skipped frames, and it shows a frame every few seconds

 

how can i fix? can i?

What do you expect with that Pentium? It's weak for streaming.

that CPU is holding you back big time.

 

you maybe able to get away with 360p 30fps.... if twitch even allows that.

That cpu is way too weak to stream anything apart from MS paint.

 

Maybe try to use NVENC for encoding instead of x264.

Use the Nvidia Shadowplay streaming. This will make it possible to stream decent quality videos without skipping like crazy.

You need quad core for streaming anything HD-ish. Also, whats your upload speed?
