After this, shut down your computer and disconnect the D drive then try to boot it up.

Disable CSM and follow the steps listed in the link to convert your MBR to GPT so it is compatible with UEFI. I will not guarantee and responsible if you experience data loss in this process because there is likely a chance you will experience data loss.

@DaPhuc turning off the CSM only leads me back to the BIOS

Edit: So i tried leaving the CSM on and making the SSD to GPT by using DISKPART and it gives me "Virtual disk service error clean is not allowed" as i dont want to pay for AOMEI but if i have to i will

Oh yeah, I forgot that your PC is not in UEFI yet. Convert MBR to GPT drive then try to boot to the OS to check if you still see the System Reserved Partition in your C drive and open up run >  MsInfo and look for BIOS Mode. It should say UEFI for BIOS Mode in MSinfo. If BIOS Mode in MSinfo still say LEGACY then boot into the BIOS to turn off CSM to see if you can boot with CSM off.

@DaPhuc  So after converting the SSD into GPT it now shows UEFI in the BIOS Mode. Do i still need to disable the CSM or is it good as it is? Also is the PC good to go now or do i have to do anything else?

Disable CSM in the BIOS and try to boot into the OS to see if it works. Also, can you take a screenshot of your disk management?

@DaPhuc I deleted the System Reserved Partition in the HDD since you said it was okay

Yes, you can safely delete that old LEGACY System Reserved Partition in HDD. You don't need it anymore because your PC is in UEFI right now.

System Reserved Partition = LEGACY BIOS

EFI System Partition = UEFI BIOS

I highly recommend you to invest a 1TB external USB 3.0 drive for backing up your system. It will come pretty hand to clone your drive or restore your PC from disaster like Windows corrupted or drivers incompatibility.

Here are the two free best backing up software you can use.

AOMEI Free Backupper: https://www.aomeitech.com/ab/standard.html

Macrium Reflect V7 free: https://www.macrium.com/reflectfree
