Where can I look up mosfet information

You can find a few threads on different forums, but no one source for all info in this case.

 

Certain reviewers actually take pictures of the motherboards without heatsinks. This can be helpful in identifying the vrm components, but it can be very very hard.

 

"Luckily" many companies reuse their VRMs. For example, Asus Z370-A, Strix Z370E, Z370F, Z370G all share the same 4 phase VcoreVRM. So you can often find specs by proxy, so to speak.
