Looking for a good microphone

Im looking for a good clip on/lavalier microphone, i want to use it as my pc microphone because i dont like to have something on my table. It shouldnt be too expensive, 20-40 dollar would be great. I was looking for the Rode smartLav+ but since its says lavalier microphone for apple and android on their website i dont know if it will work with a standard pc audio jack.
