So I gotta say first, I USE THE eGPU, so I don't know if that is the cause of not booting up(but I don't think it is...

I found my PC wouldn't work when I get back to my home and trying to boot it on. My graphic card usually will have it's fan on if I turn my POWER on. (PSU too) even through my PC it shuted.

then I switched on my power, and the graphic card's fan wasn't working.

and then I tried to put my PC on, and it didn't work

I can say my POWER SUPPLY and GRAPHIC CARD is working because I have tested in OTHER pc.

even through I put my PCI-E wireless connector back it still couldn't boot.(The light is not on)

Then I went to the repair store over here in India Mumbai

This PC was bought for around 19,000 NTD(Net Taiwanese Dollar) Converted into USD is around 630$.

And the repair price was for 50,000 RS!!! (Indian Rupees) around 716 USD!

My PC was a local warranty in Taiwan cause I bought it there, then I couldn't repair it here, because I could just get another one instead of fixing it.

So anybody can help me with this issue? I will list My specs below

Its long winded but when I get issues I'm not sure the root cause of I run through the process of elimination, I.e pulling sticks of ram individually & booting inbetween to see if any of them have any issues for example. Check everything so you know you've covered all bases

I have thought the same thing before and I have done the same thing

reinstall the graphic card

memory, ssd (mSATA) and almost everything, but it just don't work.

In that case I would look into grabbing another external GPU connector, if the GPU and power supply works elsewhere & you've tried everything else then I would look into that possibility

I'm not sure the eGPU is even relevant. Might just be a dead motherboard in the mini PC.

My computer should work without a graphic card

It can use a iGPU so that shouldn't be the problem since I tried to put it on with iGPU and I took off the eGPU

They're probably right. The board contains the soldered processor, and it's Haswell generation hardware (~2013/2014) so it's not easy to find either.

Taiwanese warranty is apparently not applicable to India. You'd have to catch a flight to Taiwan, get it fixed and fly back to India again. I mean, cheaper than $700 but not super practical. This is all assuming the warranty hasn't run out.

my warraty is 3 years, it will run out in 2020 so I don't have to worry about that for now, cuz I only can go back to taiwan somewhat at christmas, sooo
