I just hit the windows key twice and it usually goes to the background

Heyo,

 

I have an on-going issue where the taskbar sometimes goes in front of everything else (when something is on fullscreen like a video) on my screen. I don't know how to fix this, sometimes it fixes itself and when I try to click-hold-drag up (to show recent files) on my taskbar icons, the left most icon gets a white box and nothing really happens. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Likely an explorer bug. If you restart explorer it goes away.
