NEED HELP

My laptop is not letting me boot into the bios and when I turn on my laptop it always shows "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key" but I can't fix it because it's not letting me go in the bios. I tried spamming f12, f11, del and esc but nothing works. plez help 

 

my laptop model number is: Toshiba satellite L15w-b1208

try f2. Note that on laptops F[sth] function keys only work with Fn key pressed at the same time.
